Best Cooling pad for 15.6" MSI GT60 2qd dominator

Hi,
I want to buy a new cooling pad for my gt60 dominator but there are so many cooling pads out there and I don't know which is best for my laptop. I live in Canada and my budget is around 40 to 70 dollars. Can somebody help me out please?!!! I really can't choose between so many coolers!!!

p.s. If there is a suitable cooling pad which costs more than my budget, I might be able to squeeze a few more loonies out of my pocket!!! So give me its name if you found it!!!

p.s. My current cooling pad is Cooler Master Notepal AX.

Its fan is noisier and slower than it used to be. I should also add that it has only one 140mm fan.

It seems to be the best option for that type of cooling whatever they call it!
