I am looking to upgrade my ram and I currently have 8gb (2x4gb) crucial tech. sticks of DDR3 PC3-10700 ram, and I cant find 2 more sticks of the same ram anywhere but I can find PC3-12800 sticks, they have the same voltage (1.5v) and I was wondering if there would be problems with this, or if the two different bandwidths would be a problem. (Note, I am new to computer hardware and things so go easy on me)

Will that lower the performance of the other 2 sticks that I am going to buy? Or does it even matter that they will run slower?

They are the same brand and same voltage, the two sticks I have in my pc now are older and I dont think that they are made anymore, I searched the serial number and tried to match item numbers online for an hour or so. The only difference is the bandwidth. But if anyone knows where to find a 4gb stick of crucial balistix DDR3 PC3-10700 RAM i'm in the market for two of them.
