i need help

Solution
I had this happen once on a computer that I was working on. It turned out to be the power supply was bad. Have you tried taking the battery out and seeing if the laptop will run just plugged into the wall?

Could be overheating. Do you get any warnings? Are you playing on a hard, flat surface and keeping your vents/fans clean and clear?

Try and run a scan for Malware/viruses. (I like to use MalwareBytes).

Also, remove any bloatware that came with your system and check to see what's running in the background.

You can use the command "MSCONFIG" to change what programs run at startup too. Just go to your start menu and type in "MSCONFIG" and uncheck any programs that are not needed to run Windows.

If your games are crashing, I'm willing to bet there is something running in the background that is using all of your resources.

Also, 4Gb of RAM isn't really a lot in today's age. If you have the opportunity, try to upgrade to at least 8Gb.

Upgrading RAM in a laptop is very easy. First you need to know what type of RAM your PC uses. Most these days use DDR3 RAM, if your laptop is older it may be using DDR2.

If you power down your laptop and flip it over there will probably be a compartment you can take the screw out and get to the RAM cards. (Make sure you take the battery out before trying to access the RAM or Hard Drive)

I don't know what model laptop you have but I'm willing to bet you can find a video on youtube with your specific model that shows you how to get to the RAM. Once you get to it, you can pop out the cards and see if they are DDR2 or 3.

He means plug the laptop into an outlet without the laptop battery in.
