so I installed a new gpu into my computer and it was running fine for
a few weeks, zero problems i was very happy. but it began to have
weird artifacts. but not like random all over the screen like specific
and (for lack of a better word) system things. like a scroll bar or
logo or a button mysteriously missing and sometimes things will
dissapear and sometimes things just get weird colors all over the
specific area like a window. even now as I type this every time I hit
a key the box im writing in shifts up and down. I tried chrome (im
using explorer right now cuz its the only one that works) and it
starts, it gives me a error page that looks like it came from chrome
and not a sytem error message but i cant even read it cuz some letters
are missing or jumbled. I went to download the gpu driver (by now i
reinstalled windows) and i get to the page but of course the download
button is gone. if downloaded it before so I know where it is. and its
not just the gpu I went to download the driver for my wifi card witch
i have down before and know how to do and it says i cant find the
card. its utillity software is also messed up and I went to computer
managment it also says it has an error on the network card witch i
guess it can see i have. I also swapped gpu's and got the exact same
problem and i don't mean i still get artifacts i mean the exact things that were affected before are the same ones affected now, its always the same things. I dont even no for sure if when im done typing this will
post.(it didn't I'm using my parents mac now for this)

mobo ASUS P5Q-PRO TURBO
ram 4 gigs (im not really sure of anything else i know there are two

gpu ASUS R7 260X
other gpu i tried GTS 250
