Computer was running fine then the last month after powering on all fans come on, mobo LED indicators are good, Monitor would receive a "signal", but the monitor would remain a black screen and USB keyboard was getting no power. It would remain like this for 5-30 minutes then post and everything ran fine. As of today it is never showing the splash or posting.

System:
MSI X79A-GD45 Plus
Intel i7 (don't know what type exactly right now)
Thermaltake heat sink
G.skill DDR3-2133 4GB x4
EVGA GeForce GTX 770
160GB Kingston SSD
1TB WD HD

Steps I've taken thus far:
Reseeded and shuffled RAM
Disconnected/Reconnected all connectors on mobo
Strip booting (removed some RAM, GPU, ect...)
Replaced power supply with known working PSU
reset CMOS
tried switching to secondary BIOS

I'm really at wits end here. The mobo isn't manufactured any more, and I'm trying to avoid getting a new mobo/processor.

Solution
IMO, buy a new motherboard. It may not be what you like but it will be necessary. No USB power or BIOs flash screen or post is caused by having a broken motherboard. It may be expensive but it will be needed. Here is a great alternative motherboard which is also reliable:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813132053&cm_re=X79-_-13-132-053-_-Product
or even:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=1HD-001D-00022&cm_re=X79-_-1HD-001D-00022-_-Product
But for a cheaper Motherboard look at:
http://www.amazon.com/Intel-Motherboard-2011-Socket-DDR3/dp/B00858CYCQ/ref=sr_1_1?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1448241641&sr=1-1&keywords=X79
Otherwise you can look on amazon for X79 motherboard, but you'll need to buy used boards.
