Hey guys, recently did some upgrades for my computer.
Put in a 4690k
MSI Z97 Gaming 5
Have a good PSU installed.
I am running two ati radeon hd 5970's through crossfire( Putting in a gtx 970 tomorrow)
I am using the stock cpu cooler that came with the processor.
I recently ordered a evo 212, hoping it would lower the temp.
Do stock cpu coolers usually blow?
I am idling from 40c-50c and this seems really high for such a cpu and mobo.
I am also thinking that it might be the two ATIS running hot and causing the whole system to run hot as the cards are practically 7 years old at this point...
