$100? Not a chance. Black Friday is not some magic day companies sell products for less than cost and loose money. It's a day they sell old, overstocked, warehouse-dust-collecting stuff because it's more expensive to store it than it's worth. GPU's that are new and selling good, they don't need to put them on sale, nor do they want to loose money on them. Maybe 10-20$, which you can get really any other week of the yet by at least 1 retailer or with a MIR. You want a cheap 2013 PSU that's not even Haswell updated, sure, on sale for $20, down from $80 because it's cost them to keep the crap in stock.

IF you really look, there isn't much great on for sales. Yes, a lot of things will get a $10-$30 off discount, but the $100-$300...
