I've had it for a few years and it worked fine until the scroll click stopped working (I'm often pressing middle click to navigate in 3d modeling software). The thing I didn't like about it was the lack of built in memory, which means you'll have to keep Synapse running in the background all the time. Other then that it still looks brand new and works fine. I think there are cheaper alternatives that also have a nice optical sensor, omron switches and driver software.
