Hi,

I am planning on building a gaming PC for primarily playing "Rust" on minimal graphic settings. My budget is not very high, but I want to spend enough so that the game will run smoothly (60+fps) and still be enjoyable.

Can anyone give me the minimum price I would need to spend on a PC to meet these needs? Any suggestions for processors/graphics cards etc. is also appreciated. Thanks!

For a game like rust i'd say you don't need to have much of a beefy computer so you can keep costs down. Focus on your graphics card and processor so you can keep the frames up but feel free to skip out on SSD and an optical drive and get a cheaper motherboard and less RAM. I'd suggest one of the Intel i3 processors if you're looking to keep your PC under $500 or maybe one of the i5's if you're looking a little more expensive. For graphics cards you could look for a Geforce 950 or 960 depending on your price. The overall price of your PC can change a lot, it can go from <$300 to >$2000 normally so just do some research to find what you parts you think you need for what you want from your PC and try to look at different sites and stores...

Good luck.

This should get you very good framerates on rust, this includes OS so if you don't need that then you can take almost $86 off the total :)
