My WD media player won't read 2TB hard drive

Hi, My WD media player will only recognize up to 1TB hard drive. When I connect 2 TB hard drive with the 3.0 USB to it, the Media player doesn't recognize it at all.
Please Help

Most likely your media player isn't able to recognize a 2TB HDD, period.

Many systems simply don't recognize larger HDDs. Mostly because when they were programmed, it was absurd to think that anyone would need more than 1TB of storage.
