HELLO GUYS :)
I just want to know what would be the best and affordable Motherboard+Processor ? even if it's low or medium quality. it's better if it's Medium quality :)
Currently I have Geforce6100pm-m2 motherboard and AMD Athlon x2 64 4200+ processor and Nvdia Geforce 210 video card.

Well if your into overclocking and want a cheap option I'd go with the intel G3258 anniversary edition($50 on Amazon right now) which is the most incredible overclocking chip i've ever seen(I easily pushed one from 3.2GHz to 4.7GHz in about 5 mins) and a decent motherboard like the Asus H81M-D PLUS Micro ATX LGA1150 ($50-60) or a similar H81, H87, H97 and B75 motherboard. I would recommend that chip over every similarly priced AMD chip b/c AMD CPUs are famously bad.

Another cheap-medium price I would go with the i5-2500k($160 on starmicroinc.com, a good site) that you can overclock with a good z77 board, any of the following: Gigabyte Z77X-UD5H, Gigabyte Z77X-UP7, Asus Maximus V Formula, Asus Maximus V Extreme

what kind of video card would be suited for this ASUS H81M-D MOTHERBOARD + INTEL PENTIUM G3250 PROCESSOR ? :)

G3258 and make sure its the 20th anniversary edition. The original edition can't overclock.

Another value buy for the GPU? And what port(s) does it need to have to connect to display? DVI-I? DVI-D? VGA? HDMI? Display Port?
