Hi I want to OC TO 4.3 Ghz but in the BIOS the multiplier will not go above 34 (0.1Ghz more) any idea as to why and how I can fix ?

As far as I understand it, that chipset doesn't support overclocking. Your best bet is find a z77 board if you really want to overclock.
