I'm not sure if this is a problem with Windows, or just the specific internet browser (Chrome). But on any site, randomly, I will get black boxes, the only way to get rid of them is to click, and hold the mouse past the box and it goes away. Never seen this before, anyone else get this problem?

I have no idea how to use imgur lol so excuse any mistakes, and that also goes for me using paint, and trying to erase everything else but boxes, which is why you see a random white square in there.
But if you zoom in on it, around the video, are random black boxes.
