Don't know about the Radeon card though, that's not my area of expertise. You'll have to ask somebody else.

Yeah im pretty sure this will work. The heatsinks on the MOBO shouldnt obstruct anything. You may need to use ethernet however as the only network PCIe lane is taken by the cooler of the graphics card. So no point buying a network card!
