First of all, here's my PC specs:

GA-990FXA-UD3 Rev. 4
FX-6300 @ stock speeds and stock cooler
Sapphire R9 270 Dual-X 2GB OC Edition
Kingston HyperX 4x2GB 1866 MHz
Deepcool Aurora 500w 80+ Bronze
1 1TB HDD, 1 2TB HDD, 1 320GB HDD

My query is that when I'm playing "some" games sometimes my PC just auto restarts by itself. By some, it includes DotA 2, Tomb Raider 2013, Sword Coast Legends, Skyrim (Heavy Modded) after a few hours but it never ever did restart on Dying Light, Bf3, Total War games, and GTA V even if I'm playing some of these games for over half a day. I can say that my CPU and GPU aren't overheating 'coz I'm running HWInfo, Core Temp, and MSI Afterburner at the same for monitoring my temps. Also Event viewer shows an Event ID 41 Power-Kernel Error. A friend of mine told me to do some stress tests on my CPU and GPU in order to know whether if either of the parts are failing or my PSU.

The results are as follows:
-Prime95 3hr. torture test passed 21 test with 0 errors over with max temp. of 59C.

-Furmark Stress test however can't even start for whenever I try to do the stress test the PC automatically restarts.

Therefore, my friend concluded that it's maybe my PSU that's failing and not the GPU seeing as that I can even play some of those mentioned games on high settings without the PC rebooting.

So, I'm kinda in need of a 2nd opinion on whether the problem really lies on my PSU or not. Thank you in advance for the help.

Solution
Yes the Problem is your PSU, when your computer GPU pulls to much power the PSU shuts off. The Event id 41 POWER-kernel error says it in itself. I have seen many people with this error aswell always relating back to PSU. From the looks of your PSU it is the problem, no need to worry, just get a new PSU before that one damages your system.

Thank you very much for the fast reply. I've had this PSU for almost a year already but the problem really showed up when I upgraded my GPU, I guess I really need to upgrade. Bad planning in my case for I've neglected the PSU above all else. Thank you again. :)
