Would my experience significantly benefit from an extra 8GB of RAM?

Hi!

I currently have 8GB of ram (2x4 HyperX Savage) and 2 more slots available on my ASRock H97 PRO4 mother board. I have an i5-4460 CPU and a GTX 960-2gb vram.

Would I see a significant performance increase in the newest games with an extra 8GB of ram (2x4 HyperX Savage). There's a deal for $46 on them and I'm tempted to get them.
If the performance increase won't be noticeable, I might as well wait another year for a BF deal and get 2x8GB so I don't waste my 2 free memory slots. :)
Please advise from your experience!

Thanks in advance!

More RAM brings noticeable benefit only if your current amount of RAM is not enough (I suggest you check your RAM usage when going through casual computer usage course (gaming, browsing etc.) and determine the maximum amount of RAM you ever use, if you ever get anywhere near 95% then you should see severe lag and stuttering in all programs and you should get more RAM, if you hardly reach 60% - you have enough), if it is enough then you will get practically 0 benefits from having more RAM and you should save money for something else. If you decide that you need more, then make sure you get the EXACTLY the same kit as you have now (same size, frequency, etc.).

P.S. If you are talking about gaming performance then you should know that...

P.S. If you are talking about gaming performance then you should know that games are not so RAM dependent (basically 1-2 FPS increase from having higher frequency RAM) and if you are looking for performance increase then you should look for better GPU (the CPU i5-4460 you have now is perfectly sufficient for large majority of games), since you already have GPU (GTX 960) then you have only one option if you are looking for performance increase - sell it and get a better one (you have only one PCI-E 3.0, the other ones aren't suitable for GPUs made nowadays and SLI is not possible).
