Can/how can I use a Huawei B68L-25 as an access point linking internet/PC to a TV?

I've had a look through similar threads on here and couldn't see the answer. I'm hoping to link my Sony TV to the internet, or more ideally my PC, without a cable a cross the house.

If I change it into an access point then please give me a hand with how to do so.

Thanks for any help in advance! Really appreciate your time.

That device is very hard to say what abilities it has it is a mobile broadband router which tend to be very different than most devices.

What you want is not a AP what you need is called a client-bridge which is the opposite of a AP. It needs to appear as a end user device.

Very few routers have that feature, most say they can run as repeaters if they can.

You can buy a device that does this function it is called a number of things like extenders or client adapters. If you are going to spend money though I would look into powerline networks. Those tend to be more likely to work than wireless when you are going all the way across a house...and especially when you go floor to floor.
