What's the difference between:
G.SKILL DDR3 1600MHz 16GB Kit (2x8GB) SODIMM F3-1600C11D-16GSQ 1.5V
G.SKILL DDR3L 1600MHz 16GB Kit (2x8GB) SODIMM Ripjaws Series F3-1600C9D-16GRSL 1.35V (Supports 1.5V)
Corsair Vengeance DDR3L 1600MHz 16GB Kit (2x8GB) SODIMM CMSX16GX3M2B1600C9 (1.35V / 1.5V)
I don't know much about RAM so thanks in advance! :)

Solution
The only difference between the memory is the memory operating voltage.

The "L" series of memory can run at lower voltage of 1.35 V, or they can run at 1.50 V.

The "1.5V" memory can only run at a voltage of 1.50 V, they will not work at lower voltages, such as at 1.35 V.
