Windows can't be installed on my new build?

I recently put together my new build and yesterday, when I tried to install win 7 pro, it didn't work. I tried switching SATA ports, had only ssd plugged in, had my ssd and my hybrid plugged in, booted from my BD drive, changed my logitech mouse and keyboard (I read that they may give this error during the installation), and still nothing. I tried six different times and I always got the error code 0x00000e9. My computer recognizes both of the drives and I don't hear any weird sounds coming from them so I don't think they're broken.
WIndows installation starts normally but when the second "windows is loading files" screen appears, the download freezes, then crashes and portrays the aforementioned error code. Is the windows installation cd broken?

I tried to. But the same error message popped up. I mean, they both can't be broken, right? Do you have any ideas how I could test their state?

Run checkdisk from the Windows install DVD or a Linux-CD?

Checkdisk didn't work but I managed to apply some creativity when testing the two hard drives and the results were a bit conflicting. My old computer showed both drives to be in perfect working condition, and it did detect them (if you dug deep enough) but neither my hybrid nor my ssd showed as accessible drives. I tried updating drivers, tried uninstalling them and so on but nothing. Samsung's ssd magician says 850 pro works. Computer detects my sshd but it doesn't show in 'my computer' folder. Can I just assume they're not broken?

They may not show in my computer, because of missing partitions or file systems. Do they show in disk management?

The hybrid appeared there. I didn't check the ssd when I had it plugged in but I assume it showed as well since my computer kept telling me it couldn't find it when I had removed it.

Okay guys, I had another copy of win 7 pro made to another dvd and it worked just fine. So the problem was a faulty installation dvd. I activated my product with the key that came with the faulty one and so far no problems. Thanks for trying to help me! I managed to get my hard drives to show up thanks to you.
