keyboard and mouse not working plus reboot error after power outage

So last night my power went out and this morning when I woke up and turned my pc on the keyboard and mouse failed to work at the motherboard screen and my computer has the reboot and select proper boot drive message coming up so I can't even get it to boot. Due to my mouse and keyboard not working at the motherboard screen I can't enter bios or boot menu. I've tried plugging my mouse and keyboard into usb 2 slots and there still not working. Could somebody please help! I have a MSI Gaming 5 Mobo if that helps

Open your case and reset jumpers on motherboard to clear cmos be sure to uplug system before you do this jump the right pins for about 5 to 10 secs and then put them back on the correct pins and plug system in and try to boot up otherwise you may have damages from the power loss!
