samsung ml 1676 printer is not connected

i have one samsung ml 1676 printer with me once my pc's motherboard is gone so i have changed my motherboard but when pc come after new motherboard my printer is not not able to detact. i got the error msg that port is not connected. and there is no printer is showing in device manager.
What i have tried so far is.

I changed usb cable with a new one.
also reinstall printer drivers
try to connect in different ports.
restart the pooling service
also removed the smps so that it will ask for new usb drivers.

nothing done.

Can any 1 tell me what i can do????

Almost seems as if there could be some security function blocking the use of USB ports.

But because of the motherboard change I would first focus on connectivity.

Do other USB devices work on the new computer: e.g., external drives, a mouse/keyboard? All of the ports or just some? Have you added a USB card or some sort or all the ports built in?

Double check all of the USB related physical connections such as from faceplate to motherboard.

Can you get into the new motherboard's BIOS to check the USB ports are allowed to be used?
