My specs-
Processor: i-5 4690
Internal gpu: Intel 4600
External gpu: MSI GTX 950 2GB
Mobo: H81M-E33
Ram: 1x8gb Vengeance
PSU: Ace 850W
HDD: 1TB Seagate

I ordered a PC and everything is working without the GTX 950 inserted.
I have tried reinserting the gpu a few times already. I have also moved the Ram to another slot.

did you follow the steps on the clear cmos discussed from in the link I gave above ??? quite a few find this to work I guess it helps the bios detect the card in someway ?? [should be shown in your boards manual on how to ]

bad hdmi cable ?? lots find issues with using full hdmi cables - I now only use dvi to card to hdmi display cable ?? hdmi can be finicky at times ..

NVidia 900 cards have issue like this often but for the most part on older chipset boards like a z68

wha about that ace psu ? never heard of it around here in the states and could it be faulty ?? can you try the card in another custom computer [not a prebuilt like hp] to see if the card works on it ?

that psu don't look too trust worthy to me . a lot of blew up's and don't buy's ??

looks like any ace I can look at the reviews say

''Very poor quality as i have had 2 of these blow within a 5 month period. ''

I believe I would be seeing about getting rid of that thing before it takes something expensive out along with it like your board or new card [opinion]
