How do I install motherboard drivers from disc if I don't have an optical drive

The question says it all. Since the case I'm getting doesn't support optical drives and the motherboard drivers are on a disc, is there a way I can install them from a USB or something else?

Yes. Download the files from the manufacturer, and put them on a USB.
After the OS is installed, connect that USB and install as needed.
