So I have Kingston HyperX FURY 8GB Kit (2x4GB) 1866MHz and I want to buy a 16GB Kit (2x8GB) 1866MHz that is also from Kingston and I'm wondering would there be any problems if I were to put these two different sized ram in my pc.

Solution
Yes/no.
The delta in size is not the issue.

Ram is sold in kits for a reason.
A motherboard must manage all the ram using the same specs of voltage, cas and speed.
Ram from the same vendor and part number can be made up of differing manufacturing components over time.
Some motherboards can be very sensitive to this.
That is why ram vendors will NOT support ram that is not bought in one kit.

Assuming that your motherboard will support 24gb, and that the ram works together, and your os supports 24gb you could be OK.
You would install a 4 and a 8 gb stick in each channel to balance the operation.

To be certain of proper operation, consider buying a 32gb kit and marketing your current 8 gb kit.
You likely would need to add voltage to the...
