Whole rig is completely new, never overlocked, only thing from last rig in this new one was my 1 tb hdd (about 2 years old). New stuff has been working without a hiccup for about 2 months.

System was working completely normal, went to open up steam to play some games and got the steam update prompt. It froze as I saw the "updating steam" prompt and could not get it unfroze. Had to power off holding button. After I powered it off it will NOT return back, no boot whatsoever.

When I turn the power on I can hear the fans moving for about a fraction of a second and then it goes back off. (CPU and Case)

I took mobo out of case with cpu and put hooked it up to a different powersupply but the same results even without case; fans start up for a fraction of a second then nothing.

I also plugged in the mobo speaker to listen for beeps but it doesnt hold juice enough for her to beep at me.

Im completely out of ideas, anyone have any trouble close to this? Would like some feedback on probable causes. Im thinking mother board but I dont understand why it was working completely
fine and then nothing.

Troubleshooting so far: Reset cmos, took mobo/cpu out of case to ensure no ground, hooked up to known working psu.
