Upgraded my R9 270 to a GTX 970 card. Got a C++ error when installing new driver still finished the download.

Specs
CPU: A10-5800k 3.8 Ghz
RAM: 8G DDR3
Motherboard: MSI FM2-A75MA-E35
PSU:600W Rosewelll Bronze

My problem has iswith the 970 installed after a little bit a gaming the game will sometimes hit Pink green purple and black pixels then a black or white screen. I am then able to command prompt end task to get to desktop otherwise my computer will restart.

So im wondering why the sudden pixel crash is my PSU need to be upgraded, maybe the CPU?

Side note when I had the 270 in i was able to run dual monitor. The 970 it does not detect my second monitor unless the pixel crash results in a freeze then restart to the monitor plugged into the motherboard

Used tand the motherboard APU. Now with the 970 it wont even detect my 2nd monitor until i get a bad crash and the it will reboot windows on the second monitor

I suspect a driver install issue.
You should get no such C++ error.

Reinstall the driver.

Rosewill psu quality is variable.
Find a review of your particular model.
I doubt it is a problem. A GTX970 needs only 2 6 pin pcie connectors(are they both securely inserted) and 500w.

With both monitors connected to the GTX970, you should have no problem.
I suppose there is always the possibility that your card is defective.
Be prepared to return or RMA the card if that should be the case.
Be careful of the return window.

You cpu is quite slow and not really adequate to drive a game using a GTX970 well.
But, I doubt that is the issue.
