Hi guys,

I've got a Xbox Elite controller and a Xbox wireless for Windows adapter. Now, when I install them, the controller DOES work, but the sound trough my headset (via the controller) is terrible, lots of interference and the connection does sometimes just goes away for a few seconds..

My thoughts were something that interferes with the signal, but that isn't the case. I've tried numerous things. It isn't the controller either, because I had the same problem last week with a standard xbox one controller.

The strange thing is: the controller just works (for 98% of the time that is) but the white LED on the adapter keeps blinking.. It should stay stable white instead of blinking.

I've tried trowing off the drivers, etc, etc. Does anybody has a idea?

The adapter is on a USB 2.0 port and I am running Windows 10 with build in drivers..

Something is wrong as mine works fine. Not sure how you narrow the problem down, do you have an Xbox and if so does it work ok on that? Wondering if there is a hardware fault, I didn't have to do anything to get it working. Which version of Windows are you on?

Windows 10. It works on the xbox yes... The first time I connected it, the LED is stable, but all of a sudden, it isn't anymore... really don't know how. Nothing (at least that I know of) is updated or something, didn't do anything different..
