Is the 4gb worth the extra bucks over the 2gb 960 gtx?

Hi everyone I was planning on just getting this :http://www.ncix.com/detail/evga-geforce-gtx-960-2gb-4c-105153-1244.htm but then I saw this: http://www.ncix.com/detail/evga-geforce-gtx-960-4gb-7c-111574-1244.htm and this : http://www.ncix.com/detail/evga-geforce-gtx-960-4gb-7c-111575-1244.htm . My question is it worth the extra 30-40 bucks to grab the 4gb instead of the 2gb 960? And if it is which one should I grab the sssc gaming acx 2.0+ or the 4gb superclocked?

At the resolutions the 960 is best suited at (1080p or less), 4 GB memory would not be much of a benefit except in a few heavily textured games. I would only get it if the prices were reasonably close.
