I have a Lenovo IdeaCentre Q150 (10053) running Windows 7 Home Premium, and every time it starts up, the resolution is reset to 800x600. I have it hooked up to my tv, so it's tiny and looks horrible. It takes a little bit to change the resolution every single time, and I would very much like a way to fix it.

My friend who owned it before me had the same issue but was never able to find a solution. I've spent hours and hours on it myself, but I've never found a solution either. We're both highly competent with computers, so one of us really should have found a fix by now if it was going to be simple or standard.

When he gave it to me, it still had the standard graphics driver, but I changed it over to GeForce Experience to see if it was just a driver issue, but several iterations of those drivers have not fixed the issue.

I posted about it here on Tomshardware a few years ago, but it seems to have been deleted because it's not in my tracked threads and when I found it via search and clicked in it, I got a 404 error. But maybe someone can help me now?

Even if it's some sort of .exe I can put on the desktop to just make the change, that would be better than nothing.
