Backward Compatibility for PCIe

I have a Nvidia Geforce GT 610. I just would wish to know if this graphics card would fit into a PCIe 1.1 x16. I believe the GT 610 is a PCIe 2.0 card.

You are right with it fitting, though when I go to install it, it seems as though the case will not allow it to fit.

Oh...I have a half height and the gt 610 is a low-profile. That would probably be my problem. ;(

There is an example of a part that let me fit it into the case. The expansion slot is no the problem. it is thee part of the case that it should be sticking out of
