Hi!

I have a laptop which I bought it for 2 years ago and I got the error for like three days ago. I get the error like 2 times a day. And I don't know how I can solve the problem. I get a bluescreen with the error CRITICAL_STRUCTURE_CORRUPTION. It would be nice if someone could help me.

AMD A10-5757M APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics 2.50 GHz
8,00 GB RAM
64-bit operating system, x64-based processor.

Hi again :)

After I did the sfc /scannow , I got the text "Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them. Details are in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. Note that logging is not supported in offline servicing scenarios.

What do i need to do? Btw thanks for helping.

Hmm I could never really figure out what to do when I got that error. Do you have your Windows installation disc laying around? Boot off it and run sfc again.

Edit: Make sure you also do chkdsk /f

I did solve the problem at sfc /scannow. But when I type in chkdsk /f , I get this text " The type of the file system is NTFS.
Cannot lock current drive.

Chkdsk cannot run because the volume is in use by another process. Would you like to shedule this volume to be checked the next time the system restarts? (Y/N) "

I'm not exactly sure what I should do. Any advice?
