i got my brand new lenovo flex 3 yesterday, and i decided to install the steam version of GTA 4 on it.
but, theres one problem. whenever i launch the game, it tells me that secuROM could not be activated and it gives me an error 8016 code
there are several other steam threads about this saying how you need to update your motherboard's BIOS due to the new intel skylake CPU's, my laptop came with an intel core i7 skylake, but my laptop has the latest BIOS already. and other people are saying that microsoft disabled secuROM from launching in windows 10/8.1 and 7.
i dont know what to do. can anyone help? my laptop came with nice specs and i really want to play GTA 4 lag-free for once
