I was playing batman arkham city and watching a youtube video. I left the game on pause and went to start my laundry when I heard the fan spike. When I looked at ASUS GPU Tweak, it said the card was at 83 degrees celsius. It was alarming to be because it never went over 70 before. I shut down the computer. After I rebooted it with the same card, it now seems to be working fine. I decided to check the log from gpu tweak and it said the card reached a temperature of 91 celsius, should I RMA it or do you guys think its fine.
Here is the picture of the log in question

If you want to be completely safe you should RMA it. You might also try using it for 2-3 days more and if it happens again then definitely RMA it but that temp is way above the safe temp (91 degrees spike means most probably your fan stopped for some time).

I should probably add that the card only when to that temps for about 5 seconds. When I say spike I litteraly mean like the card jumped to that temp
