jdog start with a good mb and a cheap cpu. when you have the funds add a gpu and then a good cpu.
if your close to a micro center they have good prices on walk in cpu.

You'll need to add a GPU, the intel HD graphics won't be good enough for BF4 / SW Battlefront. It would run CS:GO - medium settings.

myself i would ask family for gift cards to newegg or amazon or micro center...then when i had the funds by everything at once. it save you some money in the long run. if you have to go part by part...pick up the case...power supply and cd rom drive first..then pick up the mb..cpu and ram at the same time. most web pages give you 30 days for returns. with power supply and cases it hard to get a bad part from a good power supply vendor. most cases issues i have is the shipper crushing the cases or spearing them witth fork trucks.
