So to make a long story short I was sold a motherboard that was faulty, that the company refused to take back. (http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-2867873/asus-bad-motherboard.html)

I was able to get it replaced for a new working board but I had my old I-7 67k processor destroyed (it was shorted out) in the process which I bought form newegg.
Their policy states that they do not take returns/replacements on damaged products. I called them and told them everything that happened on how the other company's motherboard make it no long functioning. He said he would see what he could do to help me out but it would not be likely.
I feel like I am out $380, and a pc since I can not afford another processor for a good while.

What should I do? If newegg won't replace it try to take it to intel? Buy a new one when I get money? Get it repaired (If possible, I am not sure if I can)

Solution
be loud about it. Tell customer service that you will report them to the BBB and give them a bunch of bad ratings if you are not refunded. Trust me, it works.

To the people who sold me the motherboard or cpu?

the motherboard, its not really the CPU makers fault if the motherboard destroys it. But there should still be a warranty on the CPU.
