Help me choose the best GPU for the buck.

Solution
I don't know the quality of either the HIS or Palit, so all I can comment on is the GTX 750Ti vs R7 260x. There are equally matched GPUs, the 750Ti overclocks better giving it a slight advantage. At those prices, I have to say the R7 260x is the best for the buck.

I´d suggest to take a look at GTX 950 which is similar priced, dependant on your country. It offers more performance and is the most popular budget range videocard.

$ 89.99 GeForce GTX 750Ti 2GB (MSI N750Ti TF 2GD5/OC TWIN FROZR @ 1.08Ghz)
$129.99 GeForce GTX 950 2GB (MSI GTX 950 GAMING 2G @ 1.13Ghz)

GTX 950 is a powerful card for only $130. In my oppinion it´s the best video card in it's price bracket.

I heard the brand Palit several times before, but I'm not familiar with the HIS. Do you think it's a good brand?

The GTX 950 here in the Philippines is ranging from $165-$170 and is really out of my budget. Also the cheapest available GTX 750 Ti here is that Palit which I mentioned. Other brands (which is available here) is about $140. Anyway thanks for your suggestion.

Thanks! Finding a used graphics card here is by luck, I guess. I saw a GTX 760 worth $130 but my PSU is weak so I might end up not buying it.
