Hello. I am having a problem with shutting my computer down. When I hit Shut Down, my computer does not turn off fully. The case fans, GPU light and CPU cooler fan continue to run. I then receive the Debug Code "04" on my motherboard. I then have to manually shut it down from the power button on my tower. The only time this changes is when I attempt a restart, where the code is instead "05". Still, I have to manually power it off. Please help!
