GTX 660 Ti - Stuttering In Firefox and Dota 2 problem

I have a problem with my gtx 660 ti where if i have hardware acceleration enabled in firefox my imagiing begins stuttering a lot and graphics are dragging and pixelating the same thing in dota 2 when i play the images lag even when i put it on low resolution the images drag out and pixelate and the frames are under 20fps unplayable but when i play a game like warframe i get 50-60 on high settings and no stutter or lag anything like that.

I have run unigine heaven benchmark and couple of others as well and do not get that problem at all no stutter or frame drops or lags.

I replaced the psu, tried with different ram sticks still the same thing.

Reinstalled windows 7, and installed windows 10, uninstalled newest drivers 359.00 and installed older drivers a couple of them but no difference.

Reinstalled direct x 9, 10, 11 i think that was the 3.

Reinstalled redist or something like that

I spend like 10hours yesterday on this problem and have not come to a solution to it is there any one that can help if there is any thing that is needed from my side no problem ill do anything at this point to fix this problem.

Turn off hardware acceleration, Monitor your CPU when you play dota 2, see what temps and usage it gets to. Monitor the ram when browsing or playing dota 2. Also download GPU-z and check the sensors to see what is going on. If you have any overclock set on your ram or your CPU/GPU revert it back to normal.

I have aida64 installed i am monitoring my temps and the temps stay constant no major spikes in temp avg 45 degrees celsius for the cpu and no more than 60 for the gpu. I do not have any overclock on the cpu or gpu the ram is also not maxing out.

System : e6550 core 2 duo stock cooler, intel g43 mobo, 4gigs ddr ram, 1333mhz, 650 inwin commander psu, msi 660 ti power edition.

In your BIOS disable onboard graphics OR open nvidia control panel, go to manage 3d settings, and set it to manual, then add DOTA2.exe to the programs, this will force dota 2 to run on your GPU. if the game runs afterwards then you know its the onboard GPU interfering with your GPU. where ever you have it on your computer. Also is your ram DDR3? or DDR2?

Okay well based on the information you have given me, your motherboard is a "Intel g43 Mobo" that is not very specific as intel g43 is a chipset. The motherboards I have found relating to what you linked me DO have onboard graphics. Also the maximum ram on these boards says its DDR2 only, so please. Specify exactly what motherboard you are using.

Also the Intel G43 is a express chipset with (Intel® 82G43 Graphics and Memory Controller Hub)

So you may have onboard graphics and not even be aware of them.

and also please download your latest chipset drivers as your south/northbridge control the funcionallity of your PCI E slot, and your ram controls the Chipsets so if it is off, then everything else will suffer.

It seems it's most likely a configuration issue when it comes to the game, try running it I win 7 compatability. If you don't have issues in other games then that leads me to believe it's software.

Have you updated your wirless drivers? Try plugging directly into the modem or router using a hard line then play the game see if the issue still persists

Im not using wireless it is directly plugged into the switch with a hardline.

I tried playing the game on all low settings lower resolution and it just started suddenly it was working find and then it just started giving problems like this but the funny thing is that it is influencing firefox and dota 2.

I ran memtest86 for 15passes and no errors at all.

I used FurMark Gpu Stress Test, and tested the gpu and no glitches at 1080p resolution at all.

I Tried Geeks3D GpuTest Gui 0.7.0 and all the tests run fine withou glitches accept when i run:

Tessmark x8 (OpenGL 4.0) , Tessmark x16 (OpenGL 4.0), Tessmark x32 (OpenGL 4.0)

But when i run Tessmark x64 (OpenGL 4.0) theres not stuttering or glitches at all.
