which intel i7 cpu is equal to a xeon W3565 cpu

ok so i scored a xeon W3565 for 30$ used and im wondering which i7 cpu is the same i ask this because i know some xeon cpus were basically variants of the i7 cpu so im curious which i7 is the variant of this cpu i was thinking the i7 960
 
It's identical to an i7 960

That's not the same as an i5 3340 though. OP & Gingerbread was spot on with CPU 1 (they are actually the identical die), but the i5 3340 is an Ivy Bridge processor, different architecture and will perform quite differently.

FYI you can OC those Xeons if you wanted to squeeze a bit more out of it.

i cant overclock the cpu because its going in an HP Z400 workstation and hp disabled the over clock features in there bios
