So this is my current PC build:

Processor: AMD A6-6400K 3.9GHz Dual-Core Processor

Mobo: Gigabyte GA-F2A78M-D3H Micro ATX FM2+ Motherboard

RAM: Kingston HyperX Fury Red 4GB (1 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory

Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

Case: NZXT S340 (Black/Red) ATX Mid Tower Case

Power: Corsair CX 430W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply

I have $150 to spend. What would be the best thing to get/upgrade in order to increase gaming performance the most?

Windforce is the name of cooling technology while OC means OverClock.If the graphics you're going to buy is OC model,then its frequency is overclocked providing you fast speed rather than base clock speed of card.
