my pc had started to restart recently... after trying out many possible solutions I disabled virtual super resolution in amd catalyst control centre and problem solved..my monitor's resolution is 1900 and it increased to 3200 using vsr....so is there anything wrong with my pc?is there any workaround to play games using vsr as the graphics looks awesome in vsr?

No answer, I'm afraid, i have the same problem. I have Motherboard ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. M5A97 LE R2.0, Processor AMD FX-8350, Cooling Corsair H80i GT and a Graphics Card AMD Radeon R9 390. i have found only skyrim plays in 3200, Fallout 4 and Mad Max have just crashed so far to blackscreen. Rise of the tomb raider has an awful frame rate in 3200, and fine in 1080, my guess was something to do with instaling ASUS AI Suit which i have since tried to delete, but it leaves it's dll behind, all i can suggest is try to see which games will play in 3200
