will the kingston fury HyperX 8GB (1866MHz) supports in Gigabyte GA-78LMT Mother board ?

if not which mother board will support that ?

In this case yes it should be OK, but your thought of "as long as it's DR3" is flawed, particularly with the Fury line of DRAM (and DDR3 DRAM in general), the Fury operate off PnP which wasn't supported on mobos prior to the 1155, so the DDR3 socket 775, 1156 and 1366 are not supported, you also run into new DRAM lines that use high density 4Gb memory chips (which is basically all 'current' lines of DRAM, earlier DDR3 for those mobos were based on lower density 2Gb memory ICs.
