C1E on fx 9590 unable on sabertooth_990FX_R2 MB in windows 8 it do not freeze up why?

try to install windows 8 on Asus Sabertooth_fx990_R2 with amd cpu fx 9590 it freeze up.But when I go in bios set up the C1E to disable position it does not freeze up got a hard time installing the update
