He guys was tinkering with my old Dell dimension and removed the parts and put them back in. And now the only thing that it gives is a black screen with a white "-" blinking. I Removed some of the parts that aren't necessary ( extra USB ports etc. WiFi card) still nothing happens. When I start my pc I can feel the PSU fan blowing, the GPU fan blowing and the CPU fan. I Removed the mobo battery still nothing happened. Removed memory and it beeped so mobo isn't dead. Can confirm that the HDD is working as well. Any suggestions?
