Here in Canada we really get f*cked on prices... But as far as 1500$ goes, this is about the best you're gonna get. Great processor with possibility for overclocking. 16gb of ram, ssd and hard drive, gtx 970 which is imo the best gpu for it's price, motherboard with all the bells and whistles and a great case and psu. Over all, will be a great pc which strong performance. Might come out a bit expensive after tax so if it does, consider getting a lower grade psu (don't need all 750W, just need room to upgrade), getting rid of ssd if you don't need it, getting an r9 380 or 290x instead of the gtx 970, or many other options.
