800 pounds build opinions

Solution
Your motherboard: ASRock H170 Pro4 supports only 2133mhz of ram and you are trying to put 2400mhz ram. Either downgrade to slower ram or just get a Z170 motherboard. if you have the few extra pounds toss in a 6600k instead with the z170, more future proof that way.

but for 6600k i will have to get an extra cpu cooler yea?

Yeah, but then again, only if you can afford it (not that getting the better mobo, 6600k and a fan would enable good overclocking thus prolonging the life of the build by at least a year in the future). If not just get the 2133mhz ram and you're done. Decide upon your need and budget, more expensive is not always better for certain users.
