Is it worth upgrading from a 7870 to an R9 380x

Current setup;
i7 3770
HIS IceQ 7870
8GB
Windows 10
Corsair 600w psu

I've read in some benchmarks that the new R9 380x is the perfect upgrade for someone with a 7870. I play at 1920x1080 and benchmarks show that the 380x is very good at this resolution.

Or do you think there would be something better I could get because of Black Friday and all that.

The 380x was just released, I don't expect many black friday specials on it. You might be able to score a 390 or NVidia 970 though for around the same price. You can always ebay/craigslist your old GPU after and still get a few bucks for it. In Canada a used 7870 is still worth around $100.

I also only have a 600w psu (corsair) so also need to factor that in as well. Should have mentioned that above.
