I am currently using an i3-2100 3.1Ghz Processor computer.
My main concern is to play Current Games on Full Settings @1080p only.

Could you please be nice enough to tell me which one to choose, and why?
And if you think of any other component than the ones mentioned, please do share it too.
Thank you.

Solution
The gtx 970 can play on higher resolutions than 1080p but will max most of your games in 1080p ;)
It cant max all my games in 900p :/
Not much difference between 4460 and 4590 in gaming
120gb is plenty for the os not for all your games but if you only have your os on it your comp will still be faster

This will perform better in games than the other 2 that you have linked due to a far better GPU, ive taken out the SSD due to the money being better spent on the Graphics rather than an SSD. but if you 100% need one then your 2nd build will be better slightly there is very little difference.

Thank you for your consideration.

1st- I went with a i5-4590 is because it costs 174$ and is better than 4460. Is this true?

2nd- I see 970 is way better than 960, but I need to play on 1080p only. I think 970 is for higher resolutions than 1080p, correct?

3rd- I need an SSD because SSD's provide faster file loading of Games, correct?

4th- Is 120Gb SSD enough for gaming, or should I go for more?

5th- Is there any considerable difference Performance and FPS wise if I go for the 2nd Build rather than the 1st?

Yes you are right, but I have a really tight budget here and need a SSD too. So, getting 970 seems quite difficult for me.

To get the Smallest loading times what should I do? I install the Windows on SSD and Games on HDD or Games should also be on SSD?

The things you put on the ssd will load faster but loading times are not so bad on decent hdds
If you put games on your ssd loading times will be faster if you put your os than starup times i have no idea which one is more important for you

Yeah I understand you. I need both, OS and Games, to be faster.
So, what do you recommend getting a r9 380 with an SSD or going for gtx 970 without SSD?
(P.S. I need 1080p gaming only)

390 is way better then Fake 970 gtx, That dosent even have 4gb of DDr5 Vram. And everyone suggesting that fake card.. Well If u ask me... SSD is must have This days.. I suggest you to go with 390 and SSD. Windows Install on SSD and Programs... Other on HDD.... U will save a lot of time with SSD, And if anyone suggest you that ssd is Money wasted he is a fool.... Get 120gb one they are cheap and good

The 970 and the 390 are about the same price if he cant afford the 970+ssd than he also cant afford a 390+ssd :/
There is nothing wrong with the 380 (or if i may suggest the 380x?)
games like gta 5 black ops 3 are around 40-50gb that means a 120gb ssd will hardly be enough i have a samsung sm951 ssd 128gb i only keep the os on it and its not bad... I dont see any serious improvement from my old wd blue hdd (even thou this is a pcie ssd)
Its a nice to have and its cheap so i dont mind buying it but i definately dont think that its a must have

Dont get me wrong im actually suggesting a 120gb ssd
Im saying your games will not fit on it but its not a problem just put your os on it and you will be fine ;)
(Maybe try 1-2 games on it you wont see a big difference thou as games load almost instantly anyway even from a hdd ;)

I have to ask you are u normal? i never suggest to put games on 120gb SSD, Learn to Read even if u have 2 TB SSD your games wont work better... Only MMOS like WOW etc..... Loading times gonna be faster noting more. And for me it's must have Windows loads for 10 Sec i cant see that on a " WD Blue " + restarts-Sleeps are way faster... loading times in all terms. And secound he asked 390+ ssd or HDD+970... I said 390 coz it's better and wont even say the name of the fake card....

I did not say you suggested i just wanted to make it clear for op no need to get flustrated about this ;)

Loading times are important for some but others just dont give a crap i dont exactly care if my comp start up in a min or in 10 sec

I think he was asking ablot the 380 not the 390
"So, what do you recommend getting a r9 380 with an SSD or going for gtx 970 without SSD?"

I also stand by the 390 it is stronger than the 970 but definately not cheaper (by a big amount)
And it has higher psu requirements

Also no support for features like pysx hairworks gamesream and other features that only nvidia offer (gsynch doesnt matter bcs freesynch is there as an option for amd)

Well u have pysx on AMD 2 but not on the same lvl like Nvidia dose... Anyway Fake Gtx And every series they made for now Dosent even Support Full dx12, They need to make New Gpu architecture, so they can have it... U can Search on google and read up.. They even confirme it..... And New Gpu is coming in 2016 Pascal or something i dont rly care... Always had a Problems with Nvidia... U can have her like 2 years and They will like iphone stop with a support and u need to buy new one. For me AMD is the way to go with Gpus ( not with a Cpu intel is way better for now ), Radeon has stronger Raw power but not good support and drivers ( new driver crimson is very good i can tell you) :), Anyway He can go with out SSD with r9 390 or with SSD 380,380x... Only Reason Nivida dosent support full dx12, And he will need to buy new gpu next year for that if he want's Nvidia

Even a gtx 680 can play dx12 games just not with the full feature sett you dont need to change your gpu next year dont worry ;)

The gtx 900 series gpus support most dx 12 features but there are no real dx12 games (ashes is just a benchmark) so we cant know how will actual games do when nvidia makes its drivers for full dx12 too

Now that's something.. Dx12 will definately improve the gaming world. What do you suggest to wait for the New VGA Cards that support Dx12 or to go with the current models?

You really got my attention on the upcoming Pascal GPUs. What do you say would be the starting price of these new cards?

its like asking how long is a piece of string really if the trend carries on though you can expect the following prices I would suppose.

GTX 1050 - £80-£150
GTX 1060 £120-250
GTX 1070 £250-450
GTX 1080 £450+

Yeah it's probably better to Enjoy what is present at the moment than to have nothing and wait for new.
THanks mate.
