I am in the process of making this and we want it to be cheap because she will only be playing some minor games. Heaviest maybe world of warcraft and smite. I have a gtx 770 in my computer and was looking to upgrade so I thought I could just put it in hers and save her some money. Would all this work? or any advice on what would work better?

Also there is a compatibility notes saying Some "AMD 970 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Vishera CPUs"...will I have a problem with this build?
Thanks :)

Looks okay, though I would get Windows 10, and I also wouldn't pay that much for a computer without an SSD in it. All other parts seem like they'll be good enough for what you want.

I was looking into a small ssd but haven't decided yet because I love them in my PC. Do you happen to know anything about the "AMD 970 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Vishera CPUs" by chance? I was looking in the forums about it and it seems to be a small issue with older motherboards with the AMD CPU.

Yeah, I would just go to the motherboard manufacturer's website to see if the BIOS update is available. If so, check to make sure that the update allows the newer CPU you're looking at. It should, but if not, then you'll have to get another motherboard.
