I got a good wireless mouse/keyboard and a TV with a RGB hook up, so I don't need a monitor. I just want enough power to do some video editing (tv spots. music videos ect... and some basic 2d games for the windows store.
Honestly, there is NO such thing as a good editing computer for $200. I'm just being honest. If you built a computer yourself just windows alone costs $100. For video editing, lots of RAM is important as well as having a good video card. Both of which get pricey fast. So, you could maybe do decent in the 500-600 range but not at all for $200.
